Defective products
Returns are accepted within 14 days if the product is found to be defective (Manufacturing) we offer you:
- Replacement with the same product.
- Buy products of equal value.
- Money return.

Non-Defective Products
The return is accepted within 14 days. In any case, the products must be returned intact, in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged, and their packaging must be intact and in resalable condition. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned at the consignee's charge.

Product return policy
Right of Withdrawal
The user/consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of our products, according to the delivery receipt of the courier company. For the return procedure, the above provisions apply. In case of withdrawal, the product must not have been used, any labels accompanying it must not have been removed, its packaging must not have been opened, it must not have been damaged. In this case, the return costs as well as the transport costs are borne by the user/consumer. The following applies to defective products.
Defective products
All the products that our Company displays, promotes and resells through its website are of excellent quality and proper care is taken so that during packaging and transport they reach the user/consumer without damage or defects. But in the rare case that the user/consumer finds after receiving our products that they have suffered some wear or have a defect, then the user/consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product while retaining the right of withdrawal.
If the product is damaged or defective and the user/consumer wishes to replace it, he can inform our Company so that we can proceed with the replacement process within 14 days of receipt. In this case, the product is sent to our Company at our expense and replaced with another product if there is availability, for which the user/consumer will be informed immediately. Alternatively, the user/consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal as above. The above applies to the return process.
In the event that the user/consumer receives the product and does not express further reservations, then it is considered that he has received the product without reservation.
